: (1) The chairman and members shall inform the Commission in writing of the following matters within thirty days of their appointment:-
(a) particulars of the occupation, employment or business and the office in which he was engaged before being appointed as Chairman or Member,
(b) whether or not he or any member of his family is a shareholder of a licensee and if he is a shareholder, details of the number of shares held and whether he has any financial interest with such licensee,
(c) whether or not he or any member of his family has been a director, officer, consultant, employee or auditor of any licensee within the last three years,
(d) When informing the Commission in accordance with this section, if there is any possible situation in which a person who has received a permit may show his interest, the details thereof.
(2) The commission shall send a copy of the details of the matter informed under sub-section (1) to the Government of Nepal, the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, and the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers shall keep records thereof.
